Privacy Policy

eslworkout ("we", "us") is designed so that we don't need your personal data to serve you. This policy explains what little data is involved when you use the site.

1. No account, no personal data

eslworkout has no sign-up, no email capture and no user profiles. We cannot see your workout history, your level or your streak — that data never leaves your device.

2. Local storage (your browser)

Your level, streak, completed workouts and plan checkboxes are saved in your browser's localStorage using keys prefixed eslw_. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is cleared when you clear your browser data. Switching browsers or devices starts a fresh log.

3. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2BRQEVSQF5) to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and how the site performs. Google Analytics sets cookies and may process a pseudonymous identifier and device/usage data under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or browser privacy settings.

4. Cookies

We do not set advertising cookies. Analytics-related cookies (e.g. _ga) may be set by Google Analytics as described above. The site itself needs no cookies to function.

5. Third-party services

The site is a static website. External requests are limited to Google Analytics and, where used, your browser's built-in text-to-speech (which runs locally).

6. Children

eslworkout is a general-audience learning tool. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to delete — but if you have concerns, contact us.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially (for example, if a paid tier with cloud sync is introduced), we will update this page and note the new date above.
