1. The service

eslworkout.com provides free, browser-based daily English practice ("the Service"), including a level test, daily workouts, practice exercises, plans and articles. Using the Service means you accept these terms.

2. No guarantees of progress or results

Language learning depends on your effort, consistency and context. We make no promise that any particular level, test score, streak or proficiency outcome will be achieved. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Your data stays yours

We do not collect accounts or personal data; see the Privacy Policy. Anything you store through the Service (level, streak, history) lives in your browser. You are responsible for backing it up; clearing browser storage will erase it and we cannot recover it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; scrape content at scale; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Content is for personal, non-commercial learning use. Teachers may assign our workouts to their classes.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Service — exercises, texts, plans, articles, design and code — is the property of eslworkout and protected by applicable law. You may not republish or resell it without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eslworkout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by the date above.
